Black basalt, extracted at our Kudus lease in Tal. Wada under an approved mining plan — benched working, controlled blasting inside fixed daytime windows, and a crushing circuit run to hold one gradation curve. Owning the face is what makes everything downstream repeatable.
A Japanese vertical shaft impactor turns that basalt into cubical, consistently graded sand. Washed and screened to strip silt, clay and organic fines, tested in our own lab — engineered to meet river-sand standards without the environmental cost of dredging.
Metro, expressway, sea link and coastal road. Earthwork, base courses and structures placed by the contractors building them, on aggregate that never left our custody until it reached the site. One chain from quarry face to compacted layer means no arguments over gradation and no days lost waiting on a supplier’s next load.
Residential and commercial development, plus society redevelopment that strengthens and upgrades ageing structures rather than replacing them. The concrete, the plaster and the aggregate all trace back to our own quarry.
