Divisions

Wide open-pit quarry with benched rock and machinery

Four divisions, one standard of excellence.

Everything we deliver starts with our own rock — that's why the quality never drifts.

Mining

Two decades of responsible quarrying. We extract black basalt and process construction aggregates under strict government compliance — supporting the core of every structure we serve.

Capitan Sand

Engineered concrete and plaster sand manufactured on Japanese VSI technology — zero silt, zero clay, consistent gradation. The eco-friendly answer to river sand, load after load.

Infrastructure

The division we are building next. Roads, earthwork and heavy civil are the natural extension of a quarry, a crusher and a sand plant already under one custody chain. The material and the fleet are in place, and we are pursuing our first packages now.

Realty

Residential, commercial and industrial development, plus redevelopment that upgrades ageing structures rather than simply replacing them. Smart use of resources, built on our own engineered materials.

{ Why Choose Us }

Why the material chain matters

One custody chain

The rock, the crusher, the sand plant and the site are all ours. Nothing changes hands, so nothing changes spec — what leaves the quarry face is what arrives on your pour.

Engineered, not dredged

Capitan sand is made on a Japanese VSI circuit — cubical particles, washed free of silt and clay, held to a Zone II curve. River sand can't promise the same load twice; this can.

Compliance as a habit

Approved mining plans, blasting inside fixed daytime windows, settling dams for wash water and restoration phased alongside live extraction — not filed at the end of the lease.

Dispatch that holds

Our own fleet, our own loading, and stock built ahead of the monsoon. Sites plan around delivery dates because the dates hold — including through the months that stop the river.
